Ridley Scott & Associates, The Mill, and Final Cut have teamed up with Fireflies West to raise money for a Leukemia charity with the City of Hope Hospital in Southern California through a:
Bike ride that will start in San Francisco this Friday, Sept. 24
After 6 Days and 550 miles
The ride will finish in LA on Wednesday, Sept 29
Fireflies West is asking for donations of any kind via a tax-deductible donation of an item or services/products for a fundraiser raffle.
In return for your generous contribution, Fireflies West will gladly display any advertisement or brochures you provide with your donated item at the block party.
Deadline for donations is Friday, September 24th, 2010.

The 3nd annual Fireflies West ride, September 24-29th 2010, is 6 days of cycling from San Francisco to LA, 550 miles down the California coast, in aid of the City of Hope hospital. This charity ride is a spin-off of the main Fireflies ride which takes place in June every year in the French Alps. Most of the riders are people who work in the advertising and production community.

- City of Hope is recognized worldwide for its compassionate patient care, innovative science and translational research, which rapidly turns laboratory breakthroughs into promising new therapies.
- The “sister hospital” of the Hammersmith, a world-renowned Leukemia Treatment and research facility in London, which raised close to 2 million dollars to the benefit their Leukemia charity through the UK version of the Fireflies Bike Ride.
